Spanish gazpacho, a simple and refreshing summer soup. An explosion of vitamins, only made with raw vegetables.

  • 4 very ripe peeled tomatoes
  • 2 peeled cucumbers
  • 1 peeled red pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic (without the center stem)
  • 2 slices of two days old bread
  • 1 spoon of vinegar
  • 4 spoon of Spanish extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tea spoon of sea salt
  • 100 ml water
Blend everything together until very fine, and you will have a splendid cold soup.
You can keep it in the fridge and take one cup every day.
