We admit one dog per room, except potentially dangerous animals typified in the Royal Decree 287/2002, as long as it is an adult (more than 1 year old), educated and calm. Your stay will always be under the responsibility of your master for any damage to the furniture and facilities of the hotel. The animal must be accompanied at all times by its master (i.e. it may not be alone in the room), and may not disturb the staff and other persons present. You must relieve yourself only in the areas designated by the hotel. You may go up to the restaurant, as long as you are under the table without disturbing. We do not clean rooms with a dog present. As the rooms have tatamis (Japanese straw mats) and/or carpets, a blanket should be brought to cover these areas to prevent the animal’s claws from getting caught.
