Renewed summer 2024: Hibiscus Treat at Hotel La Canela: This pack for two people consists of a dinner / lunch in our restaurant with starter, main course, dessert and side dishes for two people. Drinks not included. A Hibiscus Bonbon is the perfect gift for a loved one. Nestled in the mountains, our restaurant is a very spacious and uncrowded place with only four tables, allowing generous distances between each table. We only serve a maximum of 10 people, and always with prior reservation. We bring to the table experiences lived immersed in different countries. Our cuisine is fresh, tasty, healthy, natural, homemade, very personal and surprising, combining the traditions of the Mediterranean with the culture and history of Asia. We utilize local produce from the Tiétar Valley, and from our own vegetable garden, whenever it is possible. We add to our dishes elements and atmospheres of places like China, Japan, Thailand, India, Indonesia or Turkey. The menus are composed on a daily basis, depending on the availability of ingredients and our inspiration, combining into a series of temptations, followed a selection of desserts, thus creating a culinary feast for the palate. We also offer vegetarian menus. Voucher validity: 6 months from date of purchase.
