One dog per room is permitted, except animals considered potentially dangerous (as specified in Royal Decree 287/2002), as long as it is adult (more than one year), properly trained, and very tranquil. The stay of the animal is at the sole responsibility of its owner who answers to any damage to furniture and the installations of the Hotel. The animals must be in the company of its owner at all times, and must not approach or bother the staff, guests and any other persons on the premises, unless specifically invited to do so. It can only relieve itself in areas designated by the hotel or outside the grounds of the hotel.
The animal can join its owner in the restaurant, as long as it remains under the table without disturbing other guests and staff.
We do not clean rooms with a dog present.
As the rooms have tatamis (Japanese-style straw mats) and / or carpets, a blanket should be brought to cover these areas to prevent the animal’s claws from getting caught.
